Print  and Cut

We are very pleased to now have a Roland BN 20 Print and Cut machine.

This allows us to print a design on a thin vinyl which can then be cut around, allowing multi colour and photograhic printing which can be transferred to many  items.

Vinyl and Flock

Vinyl and Flock print can create stand out bold text and complicated images for logos. These will in many cases last longer than the item they have been printed on to. Vinyl will not fade! Unlike silk screen printing.

We Have a Roland GX 24 Vinyl Cutter which can cope with very fine compicated detail.

Heat Transfer Paper 

For Full colour and photographic images we use heat transfer papers pressed at over 180 c. Brilliant results which will stand out and impress.

A4 laser printing onto professional heat transfer papers using

a profeesional heat press. Not to be confused with iron on transfers.

Now we can print White onto dark and black t shirts!

Dye Sublimation

This method of printing is available and used for our mugs, coasters, lanyards or basically any man made substrate/surface such as polyester t shirts.

Designs

If you have designs in mind we can help, although we are not graphic designers, if you have designs in Adobe photo shop or Adobe Illustrator this is a big help, although we can work with Jpeg digital photos too.

We now have Sign Lab 9.1 Print and Cut Software, very clever software which can convert many other formats into media we can use for our hardware.
